Took my 2007 TRD dpuble Cab in for a new frame. At the dealership they said the low beams didn't work. Funny they worked before I took it in. Still had highbeams. Bulbs are good.Looking under the hood at the wiring harness I saw a white wire with a black stripe that was the same one coming from both head lights. It went through the firewall. It was cut.

Put it against the frame to see if it was just the ground and see if the head lights come on. Spark. Now the windows, A/C, Fan and high beams won't work. Checked all the fused and they are good. Any ideas what may be a common item that made them all go out?

Is the wire you grounded a ground wire? High and low share a ground so if one works then the grounds fine, 99% of the time rule.
Just to be clear did you get a new frame or did they tell you to come back when the frames in

Bad way to check a wire, assume there is voltage on any wire. Check all fuses again, including the fuses behind the coin tray, with an ohmmeter, sometimes you can't see the break. Replace with only the same value. You also could have popped a corroded ground somewhere that was on the verge of going out. An '07 is bound to have a few. I've had several issues traced back to bad grounds with my '06.
