Like I stated before, the part i care about is the misinformation.

You spacer lift people have some cognitive issues huh?

The alignment is fine if youre fine with running a spacer lift... :jerkoff:

My alignment is fine. I have a spacer above my strut. I'm not sure what you're so upset about. So upset you're jacking yourself?

Calm your tits bro! I don't think the OP said everyone's alignment would be in spec after a lift, he simply stated that his was. I mean I have my doubts but good for him. As Drake would say, you go zero to a hundred real FN quick! "Misinformation", okay guy!!

Good luck OP. Glad you are happy with your new setup, spacers do not get much in the way of love around here (rightly so) but still no need for people to be an asshole to you. Happy you are happy with your progress.

I knew what my post could cause. People like him to have a fit, raise their blood pressure.... but I didn't expect it would cause him to start jacking himself......

He stated his alignment was in spec before it even touched an alignment rack. If you dont see the issue in that then..

Worst case scenario is you trash the new KO2s if it isn't aligned right. I'd probably get an alignment to be safe. Alignments are cheaper than a brand new set of 33" KO2s.

Don't let it get to you. I guess it's hot in TX. I am not a fan of spacers but I don't care what you do to your truck. You were just sharing so, good for you.

Oh, I have no doubt that the alignment is not optimal at the very best but you just took that shit like he was personal. No worries, I guess everyone has a trigger and yours is fucking alignments!!

No. My trigger is stupidity and misinformation. Ive worked at a shop for over 10 years doing corner balancing and race spec alignments. Anyone who understands basic suspension geometry would realize how bad this dude just threw his shit off.

I realize you trying to be a "good guy" by "respecting all builds" and being welcoming. However if someone actually looking for solid advice comes to this thread and reads that throwing spacers on a truck will NOT AFFECT ALIGNMENT AT ALL, well thats where the problem is...

I think you and I read what he posted differently. I do not think he is trying to spread misinformation but you have your right to your opinion also. I do not actually disagree with your point just the lack of tact. Again, you have the right to be a dick if you so choose though. I mean you will prove your point in 5k miles anyway!

The problem is that what I am posting is not opinion, it is fact. A spacer lift will throw off alignment and without FUCA it will not be able to be adjusted to spec. I am not going to sugar coat shit.

The idea of OP telling another forum member that his alignment is true based off of his own visual inspection threw tact completely out the window..

FYI, I am a mechanic, not an alignment tech. I'm on here frequently looking to help people. The internet can be difficult because text offers no context or demeanor, so I understand it can be confused as condescending. For the OP I just noticed how the image looked, typically alignment will be out of spec after a lift. With 2.5" camber will be affected. Im not suggesting anything was done improperly or that the alignment is bad, it just appeared that way and I'd would hate to see someone ruin new tires with aggressive positive camber.

For @bladsville, again Im not an alignment tech and "eyeballing" would only help to if it was clearly out. Camber is the only spec we can visually see out of spec. Caster and toe are so small that its not reasonable to make suggestions base off an image. You could post an image if you want.

Seeing my body shop can't fix my truck right, I may trade it in when I pay a little more off. I have the 6100/5160 and medium leaf ome dakers sitting in my livingroom. Been sitting there for 4 months now lol....

There is not a lift out there that will not effect your alignment on a IFS truck, anyone that says otherwise is full of themselves.

My alignment is fine. Get yourself all worked up again. For the others that couldn't read either. I DID GET AN ALIGNMENT. It wasn't bad before and obviously, it's more aligned after the alignment and it is in spec. Within spec is all I am looking for. If by spec, we're referring to a specified acceptable range, then you're the moron for saying within the specified range isn't good enough... You can type out that I'm lying or whatever you want. My camber is less than 1* from zero. If you you think you see thatin the picture..... then you think you see that in the picture. If you insist that I must have terrible alignment because I have a spacer and are getting yourself all worked up about me lying that it's not true, then that's on you. You may continue to flame.

You still didn't read. I got an alignment. Elduder said it was out based off of his own visual inspection of a picture. I countered that visual inspection with my own visual inspection.

Getting it aligned... Get aligned. I GOT IT ALIGNED. You were seeing red as soon as you saw the word spacer and started flaming and jacking yourself. My 5 year old can get really worked up like that when he throws a fit too.... minus the jacking himself.
