Survey This?!?

What is up with all the surveys companies, doctors, repair shops.... whatever, want you to fill out a day or two after your visit? I went to the doctors yesterday to have my knee drained and I receive a survey today. I have my home heating/AC unit serviced, I receive a survey the next day. I take the Tacoma in for inspection and some other maintenance, one day passes...another survey. This has gotten ridiculous!! Why would I fill out a survey on work performed on a vehicle the day after the service?!? I won't know if the service was done correctly for a few hundred miles at the earliest.
Enough already. I'm done responding.

 

Dealership wise at least it's cooperative oversight that leads to a bunch of wasted time.
