I did try to do a little searching on this before posting a newbie sort of question. Didn’t quite find what I was looking for. So anyway, for someone who is mainly driving an OR DCSB as a “daily driver,” as is said here, and that I’m also an old guy, what could I do for a subtle, but strong front bumper, so that when I pull in my small garage the lawnmower doesn’t respond to the close-up TRD grille and poke a hole in it. Plus, I just like the way some of them look. I don’t need a winch, I would think. Still it would be nice to fantasize that at any time I can turn on to low-maintenance roads and enjoy the ride.

I like the look of this one used by @TacomaDave That front end be great, yes?

But I don’t need a winch, do I, and where to put the damn required front license plate, if that’s even an issue?

That looks like a Southern Style Off Road Slim line. I have one on mine with a winch, plate mounting is easy, drill a couple holes where you need them. They make one without the winch cutout as well ;)
