Taco soundtrack of your life

One reason I bought an ‘18 Tacoma, however minor, was that it still has a CD player. Wonder if that mattered to any other old timers?

 

I have 64 GB of music on a thumb drive and XM radio. My CD’s are gathering dust next to my cassettes and VHS tapes.

 

I listen to AM radio. Never owned a CD or cassette.

 

Curious how many new cars these days do not have a CD player...

 

I still have a few selected CD's I carry and listen to. The ones I refuse to part with like "The Eagles Greatest Hits", "Frampton Comes Alive", "Pink Floyd - The Wall", etc. but I mostly just use my apple music subscription. It's a lot easier to just tell Siri to play whatever I'm in the mood for at the moment. If I'm in an area with no service I have most of my space on my iphone filled with tunes. I may be an old fart but ya still gotta love modern technology.

I have a Motorola roadster bluetooth that lets me play music from phone thru radio that's enuf tech for me

 

I keep CDs in the glove box (I have a couple Nirvana albums in there at the moment, EDIT: Just got Bleach and Live At Reading today)

The CD player is nice for when there's nothing good on the radio.

I have a few CDs in my truck, glad it still has a the option.

 

I’ve got an iPad mounted to my dash to play Spotify premium which allows me to play any song pretty much in existence at the touch of my finger. Boom
