I moved them forward and trimmed the opening bit to make them run out of the box. I also hit the lower left corner of the box with the heat gun and molded it around the bracket on the slider

i managed to trim a corner of the box so it can fit around the leg of the slider.

By any chance, does anyone know if there is a difference between the 2nd gen and 3rd gen dclb apex sliders? All the holes, cutouts and wield points look the same.

This will probably be a double post. But looking to see if anyone else ran into this problem Where there isn't a cut out for a bolt that is on the underside of the frame. The bolt appears to be holding a brace for the drive shaft.

Yeah I ended having to do the same. Overall i'm happy with them. The driver side wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I was still able to use 2 of the 4 retainer clips to secure the brake lines. And as for the nut plate that went into the cut out. I used a telescoping magnet to hold it into place.

Probably never happening again...they got annihilated on another thread, TW removed them as an approved vendor I believe and their last posting was back in December...not to mention they got bought by trail gear...that said...I have their sliders and they are beefy and work well....
