Help me decide. (EOtech EXPS + G33 or New Wheels/Tires)

Brothers.....sisters......I am torn. Do I save to buy an EOtech EXPS + G33 combo for my AR15 or do I go with a new set of 4Runner TRD Pro wheels + BFGoodrich KO2?

At the moment my AR15 only has flip up iron sights because I sold the Holosun red dot I was using in order to pick up an EOtech.

My TRD OR currently has the stock wheels and tires.

Help me with this difficult decision please.

NOTE: Please don't suggest a different optic because it's not going to happen.

I figured more people would have a better idea of what I was even talking about here in this section lol.
