I would pop it out and have it repaired on your dime, making a claim for such a small job will cost you huge with insurance rate increase.

do it yourself. take the bumper off, pop it out and take the bumper to a shop to see if they'll spray it. It's not that bad taking the bumper off.

you got off better than I did. Mine pushed in and UP. it cracked the plastic mount holding the bumper to the body and cracked all the mounts to the headlight.

Plastic weld took care of the cracked mounts. I'm debating on taking it to be painted or just vinyl wrapping it since it gets pin striped anyway.

I’ve used the hair dryer method with good success as it’s more controlled than pouring boiling water in that area.
Loosen the bumper to the point where you can get your hand behind it and massage it out with the hair dryer as your heat source.
At least it’ll look better for now until you can afford others solutions while you’re dealing with the your home.
    Best of luck

Your coworker's insurance is paying for it...

Get them to pay out on parts and labor for an OEM bumper. If an aftermarket bumper is more expensive and you want one, then pay the difference. If the aftermarket bumper you want is cheaper, then pocket the excess money from the insurance check!

Ouch that sucks.... Well look on the bright side, no one was hurt (besides the truck) and maybe its a sign to upgrade to sweet steel bumper. :headbang:

Pop the dent out and pick up a Raptor Line kit in black for about a hundred bucks. Do your front and rear bumpers and your flares in black.

You'll have some nice custom work on the truck for way less than going back to factory.
