You can get grip but have to be rolling on drag radials at bare minimum..

I had mine rolling on 555Rs and they stuck pretty decent...

She sold it and bougHt the first new crew cab Raptor in VA. Shelby had 700 miles. I put nearly 500 on it myself. That supercharger was the shit. Embarrassed my built 95 LT4 Z28.

 

Just dropped the truck off at the stealership...

Seeping oil between engine and tranny (rear main I’m sure)

Sluggish “Drive” engagement from Park and Reverse in the cold... not so noticeable when warm... I’m thinking low tranny oil? Can’t check the oil so I’m having them check it

$150 diagnostic fee for each, unless it’s servicable under the 60k warranty (I’m at 56k).

We will see how it goes

 

Now the dealer told me, after I opened a case with Corporate prior to the TSB and the rev1 TSB, that the tranny would be covered for 80k miles.

 

Nice. Thats a 2011 Shelby with the 5.4 SC motor. Easy to embarass an NA car with forced induction.

Im thinking about picking up another camaro myself.

 

I think that opened the door for putting the 5.4 in fox body cars. That was a screamer and still rated 24 mpg highway. The 5.4 Raptor killed her wallet. It got 11 mpg average. Kept it a while and did a cash out trade for a new camry. Yes a camry.

 

Bummer. Was totally thinking about the same exact bumper, I really like the look of it, but hoops really mess with the TSS it appears.

 

I went from the Shelby to the taco; got 11mpgs on the Shelby and now get about 13 mpgs on my taco.

I have a heavy foot...

$29 Patriot H3844 Patriot Exhaust Muffler Insert, Auger, 3 in Diameter, 11 in Long, Steel, Natural, Each

Patriot H3844 Auger Style exhaust insert today . Right before the muffler. Just hammered it in . Do not cut the fins to fit. Full length . Don't shorten it. Goes all the way in to the bend. Screwdriver is pointing to where it is. Went to Napa and got a new gasket. Part number 31585. No more rap or drone. Sounds perfect. Can't believe how much better. You just can't believe it. Should come with your MBRP Kit.
