I understand the 3rd Gen TRD Pro has higher ground clearance then the non-pro. How does it accomplish this? Does it have different coils in front a different leaf pack in the back. Essentially how does it get its lift over the non Pro models.

The 2017 Pro published ground clearance is the same as the non Pros, they claim the front sits an inch higher because of the Pro Fox coil overs. Ground clearance is measured from the bottom of the rear diff.
Just FYI I measured my truck before and after I replaced the factory Bilsteins w Pro Fox OEM shocks and the front does sit an inch higher from the hub center to the bottom of the front wheel well. The rear stayed the same.
I haven’t personally read the published ground clearance on the 2018 or 2019; just the 2017. Some owners have parked them side by side and they appeare to be identical in height.

Leaf packs should be the same, different suspension components other than that.
