i just received an eibach pro truck leveling kit. Do I need to change the preset location of the adjustment ring?

You should find a guide to the amount of lift each position accomplishes. If you do nothing to the back, you should raise the front about an inch, or a little more. Don’t go over two inches in the front or you will be higher in the front.
