The Question: Can I put in 1.5" rear blocks with the stock shocks?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. So just to be completely clear; there wouldn't be any issues with the factory rear shocks over-extending etc?
    Thanks a again.

I’m running 1.5 blocks in the rear with Bilstein 5160’s remote reservoir shocks...the left shock comes with a spacer for the brake line where it bolts to the axle and tees off to the wheel cylinders. No issues and rides way better than stock. Any block over an inch you gonna have issues...

Not that Im aware of. If you do a lot of wheeling I might reconsider. If that is the case you can always pair them with a new set of rear shocks (a bit longer than OEM) for relatively cheap. Better ride and piece of mind.

It depends on your driving, plenty of speculation around it. You're stretching an inch and a half of use out of your shock, so don't articulate it a whole lot.

Thanks for the info and feedback.
It looks like there are some 1.25" blocks out there so that may be a happy medium. I'm doing a simple lift/level so so I'm weighing all my options.
    Thanks again.

Where are the 1.25 blocks from?
