URD Stainless 3" Exhaust 2005+ Tacoma V6

    de-badged, color matched grill, trd intake, trd short shifter, 3" skyjacker coilovers, rear aal, doug thorley long tube and y-pipe, urd catback, high flow cats, uni-chip, hellwig rear sway bar.
    Ok, I can see where this is going. Let me just lay out a few indisputable facts:

    The exhaust “pipes” were shipped first (as I stated)
    without the muffler
    without an invoice
    without any instructions
    without and explanation from URD

    I called URD 3 to 4 times over 2 days and left two messages regarding this issue without a response. During this time frame I had also posted my experience on this thread (which was read and ignored by URD).

    When I finally got a hold of URD (they did call me back after 2 days) they stated right away that they remembered who I was and promised to resolve the issue.
    Did you just magically all of the sudden remember?? or did you know all along and just not say anything??

    Keep in mind that when I finally receive the muffler it is close to 3 weeks after I had initially placed the order. So that means that bascially URD spent the money they made from the sale of my exhaust while I pay interest on it, without having any product to show for it.

    It was NOT documented anywhere on the URD site that the items for sale (3” stainless exhaust) were “backordered”, “out of stock.” Nor does it state anywhere on the site that the “quieter turbo” muffler is aluminized and not stainless. It clearly advertises “STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST.” I think the pictures speak for themselves. I wasn’t overly concerned about the dents on the muffler or the box. After my overall experience with URD these things just seemed to add insult to injury.

    I have also had issues with URD in the past (as previoulsy documented) and I know I am not the only one.



    Bottom line:
    Sell what you advertise and advertise what you sell.


    If there is a problem with the order; have the f!@kin balls to send an email or make a phone call!


    If you want people to “give you” their hard earned money then have a little respect for them. After all these are people that help you put food on your plate!! “Remember? It’s me; the customer!!”

    In the end it's about the principle of the matter...I have to stand up for what is right.

    I have also bought many items from URD. I have always had good luck with URD products and their service.

    From my dealings with URD, this sounds like a rare situation, not the rule.

    I am sorry for your misfortune.

    I have the same exhaust and have been happy with it.

    the only thing i have bought was a short shifter, i ordered the free shipping (which i think was 2 weeks) and i got it in 3 days.

    so the only experience i have gotten from them has been great
