Yes, the onx6 is taller and deeper.

Pulling up the specs. The way the bars mount inside the bumper, it shouldn't matter. The light bar will sit behind the opening and there is ample room above and below. So long as the mounting points for the bar are in the center of the light bar, which BD does, it should be fine. There may be a bit of overlap but it is negligible and should not affect light output.

    So the S8 is 20” x 3” x 1.6”
    The OnX6 is 20" x 4.29" x 2.69"

You're looking at a quarter inch above and below the cutout. The sides should be fine because the bar is still 20" wide. Honestly, you're probably only going to cover up a bit of the housing with the cutout, lights should shine through no problem.

I’ve asked Pelfreybilt but they say they don’t know. I guess I’ll just have to buy the bumper and light and figure it out.

If you'd like, I can go hold a tape against my cutout to give you an idea of what it'd look like.

Yeah! That would be great. I’m gonna call Baja Designs today and find out how much housing there is around the actual LEDs.

Thanks man! That’s awesome! The only other question is if it’ll fit with a winch. I only want to install the bumper once.

Looots of room back there. I'd say it shouldn't be an issue. Let me know if you want/need any more pics.

Sizing and spacing are different between the S8 and OnX6. You can install an OnX6 in the Pelfreybilt bumper, but it will require longer hardware for the end caps and possibly some spacers (or stack some washers). The OnX6 has a larger profile which gets cut off slightly in the Pelfreybilt bumper. It will only cut off the bezel, but will NOT negatively affect light output.
