    It’s not that high....

It’s gonna be warm in stand still traffic in summer time.

What’s the current outside temp OP?

Your on the high end of the operating temp. Truck isn’t overheating. If it’s 100 outside, temp on that asphalt is gonna be a lot hotter. Gotta remember if your traveling uphill even though it’s strain in the truck you have air flow. Sitting in traffic you don’t unless the fans are running. Which they should be. If they aren’t then I would be concerned

I'd atleast pull over somewhere safe and let it cool off, and check to see if you can smell coolant under the hood or see it leaking anywhere if you can. If you have AAA call for a tow to a dealer ??

If you’ve been in stop and go for a while the lack of air flow and low rpms don’t allow the fan or the radiator to do their thing. Should be fine as soon as you start moving.

Turn your heater on and ac off. That will help.

It’s possible he just have a few air pockets in the coolant. Might just need to be bled. It will give a higher reading is there is any air. Or perhaps he’s got a bad thermostat
