    Free gas cards? Not to my knowledge. As an Exxon employee you get $0.10-0.15 (or more) off each gallon of gas with their fuel card but that's about it.

    The money though is pretty damn awesome. Very few industries allow a person with a high school or equivalent education an opportunity to clear $100,000+ a year. Some companies also offer annual bonuses. For example, Exxon does not have a bonus program but their hourly wage is among the highest in the area. Valero's hourly wage is about average if not a little lower but they have a yearly bonus that I'd say averages $20,000 after tax.
