So, to continue on with the West Mulberry fuckery...
pics will happen later...maybe take a drive down that way if you live local...
Now that the bike lanes are in, motorists are using the lane as a parking spot. Kind of funny if you ask me.
So the city decided to install STEEL posts as a barrier. (normally red paint on the curb and "NO PARKING" in white letters is sufficient)
Didn't work. Because it doesn't say "NO PARKING"
So then they installed these low to the ground STEEL strips between the posts to keep the cars from parking there. Awesome. Still didn't work because there are gaps to allow the homeowners to get to their driveways.
And to top it off, they are now adding concrete barriers in the road to aid in keeping out the cars.

Wtf is going to happen when it snows and the plow drivers have to negotiate that bullshit?

Glad to see the Colorado folks be so welcoming, it’s so weird that Co. is the only place in the US experiencing rapid population growth and high rent/housing prices  :D

don't take it personal. It's not the folks moving here. It's the greedy fuckers taking advantage of it. And there really isn't that much liveable space here. Not many realize that.

I’m not taking it personally at all, I actually feel for you guys, and I obviously don’t live there. I just found it kinda funny that it seemed like you were inferring that Co is the only place it’s happening. Colorado is probably my favorite place to visit, but even since visiting as a little kid, it’s sadly not the same place it used to be. And that sucks, bad.

Oh I already know. I closed on my home at the end of June. I looked at a few homes in the Englewood area, just way too pricey. Settled in Eastern Aurora in 80018 zip which is the number 7 fastest growing neighborhood in the nation. Hopefully raises my homes value

Edit: that person put a bottle open on the edge of the corner... I need to do that

Guy walks into a bar and orders a beer and a shot.
Bartender serves him, guy downs the shot and the beer.
Takes a look in his shirt pocket, shakes his head, and asks for another round.
This goes on 4-5 times, bartender finally asks him, "what are you looking at in your pocket after you drink the shot and beer?"
Guy replies, "it's a picture of my wife, and when she starts to look good, I'll go home."

    I hope so. :fingerscrossed:
Pretty sure somebody is going to get hurt tripping over that crap or flipping a bike over it.
Hope they sue the shit out of the city. Prolly be a cyclist anyway, oh, the irony.
Those steel strips are similar to that crap used for landscaping that are great for slicing open and removing unwanted body parts.

And damage the trucks which will cost the tax payers more on top of replacing said moronic anti park obstacles... It's a never ending cycle.

Now has three fucked up door handles thanks to the fucks who tried to break into it last year. i have one remaining handle to access the pos.
    fuckyouGMC. :annoyed:

Tell me again how reliable GM is.... somebody here swears by them...

    :help:

Issue/Current Setup/Use: Bad squat in the back. 2015 AC with a topper, rack, sleeping platform, and gear. Current suspension is Toytec Boss 3" with a toytec aal in the back, about 10k miles on the setup but noticed the squat immediately when I picked up from install. A daily driver of 300mi/week and forest service road chunder and light/moderate trails on the weekends. Will eventually be adding more weight with a different rack setup, as well as sliders and some armor.

Question: Any particular aal you all recommend? Budget and functionality are both important, however a whole pack is out of the budget at this time.

    Thanks in advanced!

AAL is a band-aid lift to begin with. You'll want to go with a spring rated for greater load. OME, Alcan, others. You could try and build your own pack out of leaves salvaged from other springs but it sounds like you paid to have your lift installed rather than do it yourself, might be above your skill level or want to work on.

Just FYI, I don't generally like to play with the masses on the national forum. Tagging me out there might not net a response. No worries, if you have a specific question ask me in here. I'll play nice with Colorado folk unless you're trying to diagnose a Sienna or something.

Not sure what you're complaining about. The van still drives, doesn't it?
