It's kinda gross how that meat looks when it's coming out of the chopper, before it gets stuffed into casings, but it's not lips and assholes, despite what folks say.

 

I don't know what it was going in to the emulsifiers but it wasn't right coming out and into stuffers and linkers.

 

Yeah, basically looks like peanut butter; the smooth kind. I suspect anyone that thinks Jimmy Hoffa was buried the end zone at the Meadowlands has not thought through all other potentials....

I agree! I go out to Camp swift in Bastrop for training and there is a rendering plant next door. That smell is something else! Even with the windows up and ac on recirc, it’s still getting in the vehicle.
