I really enjoyed having my kettle on my glamping trip in April but it was a pain in the ass to transport. Problem solved...

Oh and 10% off with my Lowe’s card this weekend :headbang:

    Well done.

I really like my Jumbo Joe. Very versatile little grill that thinks its a much bigger grill.

    Fights above it's weight class.

I picked up their table for it and really took it to a new level....literally.

    https://www.walmart.com/ip/Weber-Po...=sem&msclkid=1c9cbe51d5681f6a9d76e53c030f7f37

Get's it off the ground and to a more back-friendly level.

The legs of the grill fit down into slots on the table top and lock into place. Very stable.

The table legs pop off and snap into the bottom, tucked away leaving you with something that'll fit in a car trunk. Also handy utensil hangers built into it.

    Badass little grill.

We’ve got one of these little buggers to take camping with us.

Got it at the end of summer closeout. Paid like $29 for it.

Sweet! I liked the idea of a metal table, didn’t know it locked the grill in though.

    Pretty cool...

    Thanks for posting!

I show 63 teams on that list, so their site must not be updated. The last e-mail they sent to the group said that they are up to 97 teams .

Not all are in all events, but we are :D.

It's going to be super competitive out there this year. Hope those gloriously rubbed butts do well .

    Beef, it’s whats for dinner.

I love Costco. Only place I’ve found tri tip (that wasn’t obscenely expensive), hopefully it’s not too salty being in that marinade.

@Cold Iron , did I see you cooked a different type of cap the other day? Was it sirloin cap?

I was at the meat market today and they had a chunk called 'picanha'. Not familiar with it, I googled and it appears to be a sirloin cap.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Picanha

It looked more like a roast, given it's thickness compared to a ribeye cap. Ribeye caps are thin and wide. They only make a "thick" steak by being rolled up and cooked on their side.

This looked kind of like a tri-tip in terms of length/thickness and fat, just rectangular instead of triangular.

I got a fresh, butchered-this-morning USDA Prime brisket for $4/lb and the sirloin cap was $9/lb, so I didn't buy it. Wondering if I should have, though.

I read from a weber forum that you can show them the truevalue price and homedepot will match it shipped to the store for pick up.

Can anyone recommend a good smoker and grill combo? Could be either propane or charcoal

That is very popular in Brazilian churasco cooking. Salt/Pepper/Garlic and spit roasted. Tastes awesome.
