It was a joke poll option, but people voted for it and it won soooooo...... yeah.

Wont happen again, if you suggest a place and it doesnt show up in the poll then i probably didnt think it was a good spot to host our meet & drink.

You have a thankless job as OP. Whether it's too many/too few choices, too far in advance or not enough notice, we'll never make everyone happy. Maybe you could put a poll up every week and whoever wants to meet up the following weekend, can vote and show up. If you can't make it that weekend, don't vote.

I'll go to Humperdink's at noon. If anyone wants to leave after some food and beer and go to Baby Dolls, I'm cool with that.

This should be a given and could also add a vote for "not attending" so they can vote if they want without affecting the votes for those that plan on attending.

 

if you cant go then dont vote. If you vote and then find that you can not go then please edit your vote and remove your choices so.

 

If you vote and need to remove it since you can no longer make it you have to select at least 1 option to save your edit. Or i'm an idiot and cant figure out the pole in the past when I've tried to remove my vote.

 

Pretty sure that's how it works. Just always needs to be an option for "Not attending, because I'm lame"
