Got my unit 10 deer tag today!! 10/26-11/4-can't wait!

I picked up a jacket also! Couldn’t convince myself to buy another pack after just picking up a alpz outdoors pack

So anyone going dove hunting September 3-6? I am looking for some spots kind of local to Scottsdale, but willing to travel at least an hour. Have mojo decoy too. Just looking to put some birds in the bag and would rather go with at least one other person so we can keep the birds moving.

 

I normally go to Coolidge with my father-in-law but with his passing this last year, I'm not what my plans are. It is more of a sit and wait than flushing hunt. I have been wanting to do Bushnell Tanks but not familiar with the area to know good spots.

 

I have the same tag. I’ll be up near the Northeast section of the unit, maybe we’ll run into each other.

 

Today was my third trip to bull basin archery in Tucson and I brought this beauty home. It's a bowtech carbon icon with a 7 pin black gold sight, qad fall away arrow rest and a quivalizer quiver/stabilizer. I can't wait to start getting her sighted in and take it deer and javelina hunting in January.
The sight isn't dialed in yet but this is my first two groups of 3 from 18.5 yards in the back yard. I'm liking what I see so far.

This summer has been amazing camping and hunting in a trailer. Over 5K miles towing with the Tacoma. All the way to the Mississippi River and back.
Not sure I can go back to Tent camping
lol.

Yep... trailer is awfully nice. This was an elk hunt about 7 years ago.

 

Went out bear hunting today. Was a tough day, didn’t see any bears, glasses up quite a few deer....tough day hunting still beats a day working.
