I have an MBRP Winch Bumper on my 2017 Tacoma. I recently bought a 12K rough country winch for it. When I went to install it I came across a major issue. The bumper has no opening on it for me to reach in and be able to access the switch on the winch. Does anyone know how to work with this? Is it a design flaw or am I just not seeing something here? Thought about getting a wireless winch, but I'd still have to access the switch. Local shop says he'll cut out an opening for me but I don't want to do that unless I have to. Thanks!

You will probably have to pop the hood to access

On my Pro grille with a Smittybilt I cut a hole in the right and left bottom. It's hardly noticeable, but works well. Smittybilt suggests accessing from an open hood.
