I just added it to my cart using ship to store and it is sitting there waiting for payment. Added .99 cent item to take it over $100 for the additional $15 off but it said- Not valid on Weber®, Carhartt®, Yeti®, Ring, or Makita products.

So Total: $107.36 with tax pickup in store.

Already have one. And a 22" black Gold. And Jumbo Joe for camping. But would be nice to have the 22" with snap in legs for camping.

Someone please tell me I am nuts for even thinking about hitting the checkout now button....

Only one grocery store here that routinely carries pork bellies.....and they are smallish cuts at that.

    I feel yer pain, bro.

Hope you love that corn salad as much as my tribe did.

I'm about to cook up some bacon and add it to the leftover corn salad.....along with the cheddar I forgot yessaday. Should be a good comparison.

Ribs weren’t the best quality wise. Had a lot of shiners, and inconsistent thickness. They hid some crap between the two main slabs. I did two with my home mix rub, and one with Pitfaced. Pitfaced were awesome, the others were good. Wife is now liking pitfaced since I made her try those first. They were a little dark, but spot on for doness. Had a photo shoot planned, but started eating after I sliced a few, and they never made the plate. Wife and I housed them from the pan.

Yeah, there I was. I had it all planned out. Yeah, all planned out.....

I prepped my Costco pork sirloins. CHECK. I prepped my pork tenderloins. CHECK. I prepped my fire and smoke wood. CHECK. I handled all the little details like veggies and cornbread. CHECK. The guests are slated to arrive at 3:30pm. CHECK....

I put my sirloins to smoke at 12:00 with the WSM running 225* anticipating a 3ish hour cook. I can't keep the cooker under 260*... one hour and 15 my sirloins go form 45* to 125*. WTF? I have NEVER had a problem with temp control, ever. Less than two hours later I am pulling the sirloins...

I suspect maybe I put on too much wood thinking I would wrap the sirloins and get a thick dose of smoke on the tenders? I feel like an amateur today. Oh, wait... I am an amateur! :notsure:

Not really a big deal, but I kinda wanted things to go according to plan.....

After sampling the sirloins I figure I really don't have anything to gripe about... :D

Some ribs with a modified Frank's Hot sauce based sauce. (Yes.. not everyone likes saucy ribs, but I do tonight!)

Damn it there is some good food in here this weekend! Going to make preps and light fires soon, nothing special just some skirt steak. Onions and peppers. And corn of course.

Took a nap hoping the if you snooze you loose was true. Then went to the grocery store. Came home. Placed order. Got email conformation. I couldn't help myself......

Mother nature that fickle bitch, well done!

No need to apologize for Frank's. Ever. Or anything else as long as you like it! Never had Frank's on ribs hmmm....

Started with some Frank's, then added cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, lime juice and honey. Wonderful subtle flavor to go with the smokey pork. Not too spicy at all.

My plans got all sorts of blown up. Went to the market to get some steaks and couldn’t find anything worth paying for (knew I should have bought them at Costco). So then I decided on ribs. Ya those did nothing for me. Finally decided on bone in center cut thick pork chops. No seasoning on them just put them on to smoke for about 30-40 mins, then cranked up the heat and grilled them. Came out mighty tasty, did a side of field peas and bacon, some buttered rice and some green beans.

Was a good meal. Didn’t take any pics as I wasn’t all that thrilled with what I was about to cook up lol.
