Be sure and paint back over it with some regular outdoor acrylic paint. That converter stuff does good but its not UV or very outdoor resistant.

I hit it with a few layers of clear coat, hopefully that'll do the trick.

I finally got around to cleaning up the garage after my massive wiring project. I'd been putting it off for the past week or so.

I picked up everything I could reuse. Here's what remains of the carnage

    "Mostly Zip-Ties."

I was also looking at swapping out the face for the ATRAC switch (which is currently my old fog light switch) with something fun. How bout dis?

And Pelfreybilt apparently timed their shipping accordingly and sent my truck a milestone gift

Luckily there wasn't much rust at all. Took about half an hour to polish the driver's side up. The pad and high speed drill made short work of it.

    8F78AAF8-F187-46C1-80A8-5569B9652407.jpg

Wiped it down with mineral spirits and let it dry for a while. Then wiped out with a dry towel until it was clean and dry.

Just in case I missed any rust in the hard to get areas I opted for
