    I named her "Tama" for multiple reasons. It's Japanese for jewel, which it is (to me.) I was in desperate need of a new car, and have been searching for a Tacoma for a long time. I discovered a used 2014 DCSB OR 4x4 with 23k, one owner, no accidents... a freakin treasure (to me.)
    Tama also translates to "enough" in tagalog. She's all I need in a vehicle at this stage in my life (although it's never enough when it comes to spending money on her.)

    Third, which is related to the first reason, is that I like drums. I'm not a drummer, but I'm fascinated by and drawn to percussion instruments, drums especially. Tama is a brand of drums which, not surprisingly, stems from its Japanese translation.
    "Tama" :)
