Short bed dimensions between Generations?

Are the short bed dimensions the same between 2nd and 3rd Gens?

What about 1st Gens?

Trying to find a topper on CL and there are tons of 2nd Gen toppers, but hardly any 3rd Gens.

No they are all different. While the length and width are the same for 2nd and 3rd gens (internally). The 3rd gens bed is taller and the tailgate design is different. 1st gens are smaller all around.
