These things are definitely aggressive looking. Just got them installed. They are very quiet on the road, took them up to 80 MPH and didn't have any of the dreadful shake I'm hearing about. My tire guy said they were easy to balance

I agree. I just saw them for the first time a week or so ago and they are much more aggressive than they look in pictures.

Yeah...those are some good looking tires. I have about 2500 miles on mine. So far, not one problem.

Did you decide on 1 tire or the other?

Nope. This has been a dilemma for me. I can get a set of Falkens for $432 and Duratracs for $598. The Duratracs are C rated and have deeper tread. If I could get C rated Falkens with the deeper tread I’d get them. I still might.

Awesome deal, you cant go wrong for that price! I was in deep wet grass and loose gravel the other day and these tires ate it right up, you should be happy with them.

I hope so. There was some drama in getting them. They advertised a set of 4 for $432 with 15% off but when I went to buy them I got a message that they didn’t have that many in stock. So I found a single tire for $108 and upped the quantity to 4, applied the coupon, and got them for $367.20 delivered. I couldn’t pass that deal up.

Ordered a set for my 4Runner after loving them on my 16 taco. For anyone wondering (like I was) the 2 ply sidewall wraps around the bead and goes back up the sidewall to the top of the lettering (making 4-ply thickness). The only 2-ply only piece of the sidewall seems to be in between the agressive upper lugs that are arrow shaped. I read about it on the falken website but was curious how far it went back up the sidewall. Pleasantly surprised these are nice and thick! I didn’t check this out before mounting to my taco so while the new ones are in my garage I explored them a bit. Phenomenal tires, regardless of price...that’s just a bonus.

    Edited for autocorrect typos

Coming from 265/70/17 ko2 c rated. I like the durability of c rated ko2s. What size you guys think I should go with in this tire? I can go bigger if need I'm already lifted. also I'm open to 255 size

im still dealing with balance issues. Had em balanced 4 times in the last two months at discount tire.. Each time takes different weights in different spots. Rides smooth for a couple weeks, then gets out of balance again and I start getting shake. No uneven wear patterns. Road force numbers all good. nothing odd about em. They don't know why they get out of balance so quick. got about 15-20k on em now I think..

Welcome to the Wildpeak shake. Seems like it is hit or miss with these tires. I got a miss set as well.

Anyone else running these get quite a bit more road noise when turning at speed? I notice it at anything above 30 or so. I think it’s just a product of the outer lugs/sidewall, just wanted to see if anyone else noticed it
