    4 wheel drive!!!!

    The locker install was easy peasy. Of course, the little hiccups that arise afterwards took forever. Almost never got my CVs back in. The c clips were too expanded and ended up eating the splines on one of my axles. :rolleyes:

    Big thanks to @Snowy and @Justinogo for all the tips! Y’all made the install a breeze.

    Went ahead and changed the oil, greased the driveline and UCA bushings while I was at it. Pretty productive day.

    I have no idea. I don’t even know if it’s discussed in this thread. This vvvvv is a pretty good answer though.

    Basically came down to money. If ARBs were $250 I’d have bought one.

    I started searching for people (in addition to Justin and Connor) who have ran autolockers on IFS rigs. There are actually more than I realized. Between TW and IG, I ended up talking to 7-8 different people. Turns out they all enjoyed them.

    So for $250 I decided I’d take a chance and see what the dark side is all about.

    First impressions...

    I don’t notice any difference on the road in 2wd. No new vibes or anything.

    Steering is heavier now (duh) in 4wd, but not bad.

    It ratchets very well when turning. Produces an audible clunk clunk clunk when it does.

    Ready to wheel this thing so I can actually form an opinion. Who wants to hit turkey bay soon for a day trip test day?

    @Dave41079 i know I’ve been saying that, but I’m determined to not let life screw this one up. Must wheel!!!!
