I apologize for the blurry picture, i'll get a better one after work.
Just got my new A.R.E. CX series installed on my 2015 Tacoma. Question, should I get rid of the TRD badges? I've been on the fence about it.

I also have the Yakima rack to install, waiting on the new landing pads to come in the mail

We've got the same truck, same color and the same shell.
I removed all of the badges and stickers from the Truck and the Shell. I just prefer to keep it low key and it looks cleaner to me.
I wasn't really happy with the people who did my install, so I wired it myself this weekend and noticed they had not set the latch system up correctly as I was putting my after market keyed latch in the tail gate.
Noticing little things like that makes me wonder about routine maintenance and how happy I am to be able to do mine myself. I'm certainly glad I laid in my own wiring for the third tail light and lights in the shell, if they can't get the latch right I don't want them wiring a damn thing.

I'm doing some homework on different shells and the A.R.E CX HD is the one I'm leaning towards. All of the pictures I have seen of the CX have a different style side window there more rounded. Like the one pictured below. Is the OP sure he got a CX and not a V series?
