Yah, but there’s so much wrong with him, he’s going to need 90 breaks and a few days off in between.

I give it a 4 month project deadline just to pick out the paint brand, then a few more months for color, and maybe 1 more month for satin, semi, or gloss choices.

F100s are my favorite truck, ever. First truck as an 18 year old Marine was a 67 F100 with a 460. Passed everything but a gas station.
hahhaha was about to say the same.

You'll figure it out, I'm sure they'll make some concessions.

Holy shit, shut the fuck up already. :jerkoff:

Fuck, the peanut gallery is out in force today. For all those who have offered advice I appreciate it, for all those who want to shitpost incessantly because you don't like my build, or in a roundabout way make fun of a literal physical disability I have maybe you need to take up a different hobby, or perhaps shut your whore mouth and offer to help someone once it a while, it might make you a better person.

With that out of the way I'm going to pass on the house, as a further inspection showed termite tubes in the ceiling area, both garage and bedroom. Too many question marks at this point, and there's not enough budget concessions to attack that level of uncertainty.

Unfortunately this means I am back to looking at places with garages that are too small & I will have to add on to in order to get my desired space.

Can someone weigh in on how much I'd be looking at to expand a garage? Not extra cars/extra slab level, but a little "bump" like this:

When we were looking at houses it was infuriating trying to find what we wanted. We had a budget and wants. Only way to get those wants were to up the budget, which we did.
Once you're in your new house there is NO money for big ticket add-ons.

Be patient and get one that has what you want. Maybe look at farther out places.

    1. This isn’t your build page, it’s a b.s. page you post shit here, your going to get shit said. Make a page of your own If you want to write journals and not have people make fun it. There’s a line between seeking feedback, and then ignoring it all and doing whatever you want, which is fine but then don’t get mad when people make fun it here, again not your build page.

    2. Many of us have given you advice, you ignored it and still wanted the house, until there was more shit wrong with it.

    3. Your raggin hard, take a midol.
