    I feel for you man, looking for a house sucks.

    5 years ago when the economy was in the toilet and the housing market still in a slump, we looked at no joke 250 properties.

    95% of them were trashed because of conditions at the time. It was awful.

    We expanded the area knowing we could get a boundary exception for the oldest and up the budget. It was tough to say the least.

    Keep looking, you will find a place soon.

    There are some properties with a 3 car garage in my price range but they are wacky outliers. One of them has a dusty ass vaulted popcorn ceiling and the strangest layout...

    What bugs the shit outta me is these half assed flips. In before memes about OCD, I am not talking minor things like a spot of paint missing, I’m talking doors that don’t open fully because they scrape on the floor or ceiling, to the point where it’s an interference fit past 45 degrees... like really?
