I have a Scott Tidal 9' 8wt that I purchased for a recent trip to the coast that I would like to sell. The rod is fantastic, but I found that a 9wt rod would suit my needs a little better than an 8wt. The rod is paired with an Orvis Hydros SL IV reel loaded with lots of backing and Scientific Anglers Mastery MPX WF8 fly line. This is a great setup for targeting redfish, speckled trout, medium-sized stripers, or bonefish. It has only been fished on three occasions and looks and functions perfect. Also, Scott offers a lifetime warranty on all rods which has not been registered as of yet. New, this outfit costs over $850 after tax. I will let everything go for $500, or trade for a 9wt outfit of equal quality. Thanks for looking.

Information can be found on the rod, reel, and line below.

I think it's a pretty good deal. I just don't need another saltwater setup. I have 2 and I live 8 hours from the closest saltwater!

I actually lurk there quite a bit...just rarely have anything to add.
