I was at Polk when 4th BDE stood up till 2009 then at Drum 12-16. My Taco was bought in Watertown while I was there.

 

I was at Drum from 92-95, then got out.

 

Campbell now?

 

Yes Now at Campbell, 3 more years and I can start a new chapter of life after 20 years. Just have to figure what I want to do when I grow up. Thanks for your service!

Had a little rain and had to improvise. After I cut into the point planning to cube it, it just looked too good not to slice. Wrapped it to rest in the cooler with the flat and about to slice it all.

 

I think I had a secret heart attack

 

I made some baked beans to go with it. To help a little on the healthy side my wife made a broccoli bacon ranch salad. I figure a spoon of that and it’s all good.

 

Does anyone have a good method for country style pork ribs? I picked some up for later this week but I’ve never made (or had) them before. Seeing how I just got a fresh order of Pitfaced rub in the mail today I’m thinking I’ll end up rubbing them down with that but I’m not sure where to go after that.

Country style ribs are usually just Boston butt that is cut into strips. I like to cube it and do pork burnt ends with it.
