Think you could take a side profile pic of the bumper in the sun? Want to see how far it sticks out.

Lots of work has gone into the truck over the last couple of days. 35s mounted, cab mount chopped, and snorkel installed.IMG_20180626_122058_840.jpg IMG_20180626_122107_883.jpg IMG_20180626_122048_923.jpg IMG_20180626_122051_572.jpg IMG_20180626_122054_752.jpg

Thanks! Haha yeah after the bumper it was a lot less painful to cut the fender, cab mount, and soon to be cutting the fenders and flares to clearance the tires at full stuff

Whoops did that weeks ago and forgot to post it up. I'll dig for pics after work tonight. Cut the fender at the body line a couple inches up and trimmed the bottom of the flare off so it looks stock but has much more room for activities

Sorry for the delay, and the lack of good pictures but here it is!Screenshot_20180819-005724.jpg Screenshot_20180819-005809.jpg Screenshot_20180819-005707.jpg Screenshot_20180819-005824.jpgin this pic ^ you can see how I just trimmed the bottom off of the flares20180805_193524.jpgmight be hard to see the fender lines because of the lighting, but here's a current side shot of the truck. Sitting at about 1 inch of lift in the front and probably about 2 in the rear (only rear measurements I've taken were with my rack, tent, and tools back there and it was 0.5" of lift). 20180728_124745.jpgthere was about an inch or two more of up travel in this pic, the tires stuff really well in the front. Not so much in the rear due to my massive wheelers superbumps, but Im not going to mess with that until I redo my rear suspension

P.s. the fender flares are partially held on my zip ties. The clips broke when I took them off and I didn't have any extras of the square ones so I left it without them thinking it would be ok. After losing a flare at 55mph and having to run across the hwy to get it, I added zip ties in the place of the larger clips and have had no issues

The main thing I did to address this is get the snorkel. That way all that crap isn't getting in my intake. But besides that, I used some rubber undercoating on the pinch weld after flattening it and the cab mount after chopping it. Then I sprayed some black paint on the top of the wheel wells to see where I still rub. Heres some pics20180819_151031.jpg 20180819_151045.jpg 20180819_151055.jpg 20180819_151102.jpgthe white and bare metal areas are the spots I rub

Haha thank you, whenever someone asks how to fit 35s the best response is "a grinder wheel and a sledge hammer"

Some time in the next few weeks I will be building a custom high clearance rear bumper for my truck. It will be constructed of 3/16th steel plate with 1/4 inch for the mounts. I plan to take some aspects of designs that I like currently offered by companies such as relentless fab and cbi. If anyone has done this before and has any advice, or has a high clearance bumper and can send me some pictures of the mounts and steel work behind the plate, that would be greatly appreciated.

In the mean time, enjoy some pictures from my recent wheeling trips20180930_174324.jpg 20180930_182659.jpg 20180902_150834.jpg IMG_20180905_232216_192.jpg IMG_20180930_213932_446.jpg

Bedsides have been cut. I am going to Moab for Rock Therapy on Friday, so I need something to protect the tailgate and bedsides. I'll be building a high clearance tube bumper tonight, and throwing it on for the trip, and building the plate bumper when I get back.
