Thanks for the add, excited to be here. Retiring next month, and thought I deserve a retirement present to myself so I’ve started looking for a new Tacoma. Not new to Toyota’s.I had a 79 fj40 that was my daily driver for 13 years. Looking at a 19 TRD off road, maybe long bed. Really kind of need the bigger bed for prodjects. Any thoughts against it?

Welcome Pat. Congrats on your retirement.
If you need the long bed and not four doors get an access cab.
I don’t think the four door long beds are a huge difference in length.
    Good luck with your search.

    Old guy here ,
I like my 2011 , but I miss that solid front axle , I"M going to restore my 1972 fj55 , and probably sell my Tacoma , Seems like I have been going camping where I needed to STOP the Tacoma and turn around , because of the wheelbase and being to low ,
I personally do not like the new modern cars , My 2011 electric 4x4 shifter stuff SUCKS ! My 2 cents

If I knew what cruisers would be worth, I never would have sold it to my uncle. Pretty much gave it away.
