I remember when I got my Jetta it was a complaint on that as well that many said it loved to move easy. Same case probably it just had such light steering it didn't take much to make it change.

Also, when slowing down under 30, Mine vibrates braking or not. It is almost like the truck grew huge knobby tires in the front all of a sudden

Post 12, last line. Fits the description of a flawed tire, along with the pull, especially if the vibration is from the front.

Mine did the same thing, but at 30mph. I took it back and they said it was off a little on the alignment, plus I noticed the steering when was off center. It did the same thing after the alignment, then they said the tires need to be broken in, which was fine since I was making a 1000 mile trip that weekend. Since that trip, it doesn't pull to the right except on certain roads, which I guess is normal based on the wear of the road.

My Tacoma came from the factory with a horrible alignment. Both front wheels with severe tow-out. Truck wandered all over the highway. Took me a while to admit it was fuckered, because your know, it’s a brand new truck.

Took it to the dealer and they apologized profusely and fixed it for me.

Apparently there is equal opportunity for cross-eyed technicians at the Texas plant.

My steering wheel has been off-center from day one, and the truck pulls slightly left. The factory alignment on these trucks is crap. I'm not going to touch it until I get a lift.

Every sports car owner I know that cares about handling has an alignment done at their favorite performance shop not long after they pick up the vehicle.

Even using factory specs, 75-80% are off enough that handling is dramatically improved.

My '04 Highlander drove fine but ate 2 rear tires in under 15k. Alignment. "Factory".

But it's not Toyota specific. And frankly it's not sports car or truck specific. I'd have any new vehicle I bought aligned before my first 1k was done.

My next thing to try is to rotate front to back on the right side. I have always rotated my own tires, as well as change my own oil. I have two floor jacks and only takes about 20 minutes. I need to go buy a new 22mm socket.

I'm not paying for my brand new truck to be aligned with 5 miles. It should be done from the factory correctly.

So many cars are never aligned from the factory worth a shit(WAS). My M3 was so screwed up and pulled and wore out the tires. The dealer basically did nothing. I took it to two dealers and then later they told me tires were wearing out and I need new ones. I said, "Yes, because you can't align the front end!"

I am thinking of going here to get a 3 inch lift, and they can align it correctly. The Toyota dealer gets trucks lifted here in Grapevine

I get that, so my point is why come on here and bitch when you already know ahead of time you’re not going to be happy. Just order the tires as soon as you buy the truck and move on with your life

Rotate the tires and see if it pulls in the opposite direction, could be a tire conecity issue.

The dealer did that in the front. I’m going to rotate back to front one side at a time to locate which tire

A good thing to try would be instead of rotating front to back, rotate left to right. If the tires are causing the pull then it will pull opposite of the original pull after rotating them.

I would not even have this thread if the tires were not a POS. I would have kept them for once.
