I had the same experience with my aluminum gas skid, empty tank during install and everything.. found the same method you did worked and it’s been fine, I think it’s been installed like 8 months now with no issues (although I haven’t had any hard drops or scrapes directly on the skid). I’ll second your comment too these are 100x better than stock, super happy with them

 

I'm a little bummed my order that was quoted 12 - 14 weeks has been delayed another month, but I know it will be worth it in the end.

I'd recommend you guys try to do better about informing customers of these delays, rather than having to reach out to you directly.

We are working on a system that will give us a little better insight on where an item is but with 450 open armor orders (not including the smaller accessories and skid orders) open at any given time, with the 11 employees we have (only 4 in the office) we do not have the ability to keep every single customer informed of their order status, even though that would also be much more efficient for us as well if we didnt have to answer 100 emails a day for status updates(typically they aren't even close to their completion date either). We are definitely working on it though, and you are not alone in wanting that. We do appreciate your feedback and I wish that we already had a system in place so you didnt even have to write this haha. It will be worth it though! We have just grown too quickly and we are all scrambling to keep up with that growth.

 

Haha, I never saw this. Well that was back when we were doing like 10 bumpers a week, now we are banging out like 50 including smaller orders haha! She has too many administrative tasks (running a company and all) and I am having to deal with infinitely more customers than she did or even I had to when I started back in the day.

Yeah no worries man, just wanted to let you know we are aware of it and are working to fix it. We have also played the waiting game haha!

 

Any word if a 3rd gen hybrid front bumper will be produced?

 

We plan on it at some point, just too much on the plate right now to start even designing it.

 

If I had the staff that would be completely doable. As it is I am the only one handling sales, some inventory and answering every service/install/product related questionvia email or phone. Took me 30 min this morning to just listen to the voicemails from this weekend. But we have been working on a coded system to put into place with our marketing team, it just hasnt been put into motion yet. It would allow customers to see where their order is in production based off of what area it was scanned into. at any given time now that is 600 orders!

 

That is kind of what is happening now, just taking a little while to implement it (we are going a little more in depth, for our sake's to keep track of inventory better)
