    Anyone grilling today ?

I've got a chicken cut up, injected and some basic rub on it.

Gonna shoot for a late lunch....early dinner.

Doing a KISS principle peach cobbler/dump cake for the kids. Saw it on the Rec Tec site a couple years back. Son love's it.

Takes about 5 mins, top.....to prepare....and 50 mins of cook time.

    I don't think I've ever put BBQ in my cake/cobbler. :)

    That's pretty hard core.

Tonight is a chicken from the grocery store night. Daughter has dance which will take up all the evening.

Not grilling tonight but I need to this weekend.

I started a Keto diet so I’m thinking about cooking up some cheese filled burgers :9

I may need to try them armadillo eggs or what ever it is I see you people cooking with jalapeno, cream cheese, and bacon?

Whole chicken wings brined in Frank's overnight then smoked for 2½ hours and finished with a honey and Frank's glaze.

Hey, global warming is the only thing standing between us and the next ice age. You ever tried to grow corn in subzero temps? Screw the hippies and bring on the beef, we would need cows and pigs anyway. How you gonna eat a potato without butter, cheese and bacon!

Whew scared me for a minute but according to the AG mrc Idaho still leads the way in potato production. However Wa. and Idaho combined account for more than 50% of the taters in the US. So Idaho is still leading the pack for the title of Spud, erh never mind they still win

Obviously don't put all my cooks on here LOL. Last night played around the "good" camera taking pictures of grilling what else but a cap steak at dark. Not happy with the outcome so going to have to try a few more nights this week.

Was very happy with the outcome however. Took a break from corn and had potato salad.

Changed my diet to plant based whole foods for the last month. No meat or dairy during the week, and whatever I want on the weekends. This thread is tough to watch during the week, but damn if its not entertaining
