NEED HELP....JBL system might be acting up.....

    Started up my '16 this morning and shortly afterwards this screen appeared and no matter what I did it would not go away...… I would go to apps and click on navigation or some other app..... the app would open on the screen but within 30-45 seconds that screen would come back..... I have tried to find a setting in "setting" to stop this but no luck....
    anyone else had this problem...appreciate your thoughts

    Take the terminals of the battery and see if a hard reset helps at all.

    tried a reset...……… no luck....dealer says to run it by tomorrow and they will check it..... Thanks for the suggestion

    Sounds like the auto change to home screen option is on. It’s in settings then general. This is the manuals description “Select to set automatic screen changes from the audio control screen to the “Home” screen to on/ off. When set to on, the screen will automatically return to the “Home” screen from the audio control screen after 20 seconds.”

    Problem solved...….. I has apparently turned this switch on by mistake ….. or as we say here in the south "that dumb assed white boy didn't know what he was doing"...……
    MANY thanks...to everyone it saved me a trip to the dlr...……...
