Does Toyota have a phone number to file complaints about a dealer and a way to get a resolution. I've called other manufacturer before but new to Toyota. I don't have much faith going by their current customer care/service at the dealer level. Thanks

What seems to be the problem?
Calling higher up they will suggest going to another dealer.

File a complaint about them adding things I cancelled, wrong payment, refusing to give me my paperwork, showing up to pick up my vehicle and it's completely wrong. The list goes on and on.

Toyota Care should give you an Oil Change at 10k and 20k and Tire Rotations every 5k, hard for them to screw much up.

If your buying a vehicle and they are pulling your chain and you didn't sign the paperwork, just leave and go to another dealer.

This doesnt seem like anything related to Toyotacare. This seems like the dealer pulling some shady tricks and you still left with the vehicle. Keep in mind you as the customer have complete control. If the vehicle was not as promised you did not have to sign the final papers and leave with the wrong truck. You can walk at any given time up until you leave the parking lot with the vehicle.
When getting my wife her Rav4 we were sitting in the finance office and they started adding stuff. I got up, the dude says what are you doing, I said I already agreed on the price and I know what my payment is, if you are going to change anything I am leaving.
He got his act together real quick.

They forgot to put the crush washer on once - oil all over driveway next day. One time left probably half quart oil on my Tundra skid which blew back all my over the undercarriage. Oil Fingerprints all over the white hood one time and fenders.
    Not too hard it seems.

Right, I don't take mine in for freebies, would rather do myself.

All in one visit? Any one of these would have been my last, well the fingerprints would have been a free carwash and a second chance, but oil dumped all over your drive and having it blow all over the underside including hot exhast parts like the cat would have been adios! Those types of dumb mistakes can led to engine failure, safety issues with your brakes and :bananadead: ‘s.

Maybe someone can help answer this one. I just received a text message from my service adviser saying my truck is ready for pickup (5k service, hood flutter fix, TSB done). The text message had a link to click on to "pay". Another link went to the invoice and they're trying to charge me $30.30 for my 5k Toyota Care service? WTH? Going to pick up the truck in about 2 hours and hope it's just an error. I thought Toyota Care regular scheduled maintenance was included.

EDIT: Nevermind, called the dealer before heading down there to pickup and she said it was a mistake. They are efficient at getting you an invoice, they called me, emailed me, and texted me!
