Tens unit at 55!
I think that’s an all time high

 

That’s what I forgot to do yesterday...I have a tens unit I use for my sacrum. Usually I’ll rehab in my gym, hit the pool after and let the jets massage the lower back directly, and ideally like to top it off with the tens unit before bed.

 

I’m not familiar with sacrum?
Fortunately I have a jacuzzi in house again which I need with epsom salt occasionally. If I have to bust out the tens I’m hurting.

 

Basically the lumbar spine before it meets the pelvis. A pool heater is nice and all but a jacuzzi is definitely on the “add to cart” list.

That was last week for me

 

Last house I put an in-line heater on pump of jacuzzi. So damn hot I’d go first in 2 person tub and let wife finish it off. Need to see what I have here if I can do the same. Last place I got jacuzzi for 200$ at plumbing supply house. Did a full remodel around it.
