    Yes, in the very near future will get the tune from GDE for this motor. It is not a typical selectable tuner like most, it is a replacement ECU. main reason for me is to turn off the EGR system (exhaust gas recirc, thanks EPA). in stock form, the EGR system pumps the sooty exhaust back through the intake to reburn it, resulting in a severely gunked up intake, and over time may be problematic. added benefits, better throttle response, more mpg, slightly more power.

    I was looking at that truck before I bought my Taco but it was so new and expensive. I've heard nothing but good things about them though from everyone I know that has one. A friend of mine has a Liberty CRD with the green diesel tune it really woke that thing up.

    Scored a new to me grill today off the local interwebs. I will color match the surround blue and these black inserts are what I have been looking for to replace my horizontal chrome bar bullshit inserts
