We refinanced for a renovation and a large addition back in '02.

 

I can't say I have done anything to my Tacoma other than pass the 100k mi mark and change some fluids. I did however get off my ass and get the hydo assist done on my 4runner. Drilled and tapped a spare power steering box, made some brackets from scrap metal and ebay split collars, and got my brother to send me a spare reservoir from a parts truck on his farm to modify for more fluid capacity. Installed the hydro assist but still have to install the reservoir. Pretty happy to have hydro assist for right about $200

Well i need to do some fluid change transfer case ,front ,and rear diff. My question is should I even fuck with the transmission or go and have it done.

 

My project for today. I had a little utility trailer that was just sitting going unused. With the kayak, paddle board and canoe I needed a way to haul them around. Putting a 75 pound kayak on the roof of my truck is just a pain in the ass. I stripped the old plywood deck. Painted the trailer with a rust inhibiting chassis paint and started welding up the rack for the boats. The deck was also replaced with expanded steel. Still need to finish the upped rack and some odds and ends. This should work much nicer for moving them around.

 

Got the upper deck done. Not too bad getting the Voodoo up there.
