Why? Trans fluid isn't consumed. Unless you're leaking, there's no reason to check it, and just change it at the recommended intervals.

Could always clean the pumpkin and then check it in a day or two?

 

Just check for leaks when you're under the truck changing the oil. If you find something suspect, clean it and check in a day or two like @Coot83 said.

 

NOOO. if it ain't broken fix it mod it than destroy it so you can fix it and mod it again.

I hope you put silicone on the ends of the hose you put on, and along the seam you cut. Winter salt spray gets into any crack.

 

Not yet since I'll probably end up switching to some kind of bracket before the lovely winter salting begins.

Ok ok my first mod fir the toyota.
It's expensive but got bought a garage fir the 2 toyotas to fight over. Best part it came with a free house.

Thanks man! The wrap really does a great job of hiding the dirt but when you wash it it really pops.

Oh god you are a brave man to attempt that. Plasti-dip is the way to go for badges.

 

Plasti-dip is fine, just wanted to try something different to make it stand out is all. Maybe camo or something.
