Texas football has been broken since Bama beat them for the Natty in 2009. You cant blame them for being the way they are.

Check the stats... 2009 and earlier, they have 1, maybe 2 losses a year for ages.... 2010 to now, 48 losses!

I think most true and dedicated sports fans have at least one team that they root for and everyone else thinks they're bat shit insane for liking. For you and @LostHusker, it's Nebraska. For @riz_atx it's Alabama. For me, it's the Browns.

As an Okie, and someone that didn’t care much about the NFL, whenever someone asked me about my favorite team I always told them it was the Browns. They never asked me anymore football questions after that. I thank the Browns for that. But I’m also a big fan of orange.

Hahaha that's pretty funny. My old co-worker is a Cowboys fan and he and I would spend hours debating which team was worse.

I'm not the biggest NFL fan as my "big three" sports are rugby, MLB, and CFB. When I started getting into NFL, I started following the Browns because they have an incredibly rich and storied history, and they're such an underdog.

I won’t say that I felt as bad for Brandon Weeden, but I knew it was over for him.

I always had a certain amount of respect for Weeden. Guy plays in the minors for a number of years and then goes back to earn his degree and becomes a successful CFB quarterback. He goes to the NFL and unfortunately the Browns do what Browns do: crush his hopes and dreams, or at least grounds them. Lol. At least both are still playing and earning a respectable paycheck in the big leagues.
