It has to be one of the dpo’s.

    How many are not assigned?
You can go though them one by one setting them to the idle control and see if they work.

Or you can find the pin out for your ecu locate thee idle wires. Then on your haltech harness see what color there hooked too. If paradise changed the color just check for continuity to find which dpo they are assigned to.

You could probably take some photos and we could help you also.

Also did you say you could raise the idle but not lower it? There is a table for minimum opening of the idle valve. If you can raise it but not lower it this could be the cause. It’s set to make sure the idle doesn’t drop too low.

The table is under -idle control -min output. You can make them all 0 to test.

Well it was right at 60° when I woke up this mornin...
Sorry for the lack of focus but u get the idea 64.4 intake temp halfway to work and it will soon be cool enough to get some serious work done

My buddy actually put a central unit in his shop, it helps a lot with humidity and it keeps it about 10-15° cooler than ambient but 60-70 is still way better than 80

Nights have been cool, which the truck loves. Days are still getting up to about 80-85, but the cool nights are actually enjoyable for once.

Except I've been working 90hr weeks, so fuck if I even get to feel the weather! lol

What is the recommended trim for a t3/t4 low boost?

Probably no bigger than a 50 trim on a 4 cyl

Thanks. LCE’s is a 48 I believe but it leaves nothing for the upper end if wanting to go more. Just curious what people were running ‘real world’.

50 trim is that magic size for good spool and if you crank it up you got room to grow. If you never going above 250-300 hp a 48 is good. I just wouldn't go above 50 so you can have a wide powerband

Still running on the oem one. Trying a few things out with tuning. These injectors are so big I’m seeing if it solves the idle heat soak issue. Should know if I can solve the problem this weekend. Closed loop tuning is annoying on piggybacks. Takes forever.

I’ll do a few pulls along the way. Going to get a spring pressure baseline with good afr first. Then get that ebcs in there. I see lots of fuel being burnt in this process.

Funny you say that about the exhausted fuel. I was doing idle to 2500 rpm tuning w/datalogging. Went though nearly a half tank...lol.

Did a little fab-life work today. Modding a mod.

Added in a resonator cat-less system. Which was a mod of a few days prior. The test: look for any possible efficiency gains by removal of the two inline cats, and determine if a resonator would be needed as a substitution for their noise cancelling.
