    Thought I would use this opportunity to introduce myself to the amazing individuals here at tacomaworld. I have been lurking on here for quite some time now and thought it would be wise to join up. I am 25, married and work as a military contractor and will soon be deploying to Afghanistan to help make sure the systems downrange are operational. I have been a fan of toyota's for awhile now, but my first car was an 91 isuzu trooper with a 2.6l 4 cyl. It was a good truck and I put about 200k miles on it until someone did a hit and run. Well long story short I currently have a 2002 toyota tacoma regular cab 2.7 4x4. I bought it for 8600 and it had 70k miles on it. I have had it for about 8 months now and have switched to Mobile 1 5w-30 synthetic and a knn oil filter. I recently installed some doug thorley shorty headers on it... feel a difference after the installation by the way, and put on some 5 star 3rd gen 4runner rims on her. I will be adding an ARB bumper and some OME Shocks and Springs once I come back from my deployment. Glad to be apart of a great forum.
