What do you think about the paint? Does it match? Does it look blemish free? Thanks!

It's in the description field right below the video when you are on the youtube site. I put it there so if it changes I can update it easily.

The paint quality looks really good and there were no blemishes. I looked at it in the sun/shade and compared it to the front bumper and the color matches really good. I've had my truck for almost two years and I took that into account when comparing the two paint finishes. I figured my paint has faded a bit and the shell has a new paint finish. I'm really happy with it and it will be interesting to see how it holds up overtime.

Here's a side pic so you can see how it blends with the truck.

    Hey Rob

These bumper covers are pretty cool thinking about covering up the chrome on my 2017 SR5 wasn't sure about the sensor, does it make a difference if you select yes or no wanted to make sure before I place an order.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi

Yes it's definitely a difference. There will be a hole if you pick yes for the sensor.

It's a great product. Still holding up.

Thanks for the info, the one I want is out of stock but the one that has the sensor hole is in stock even if I don't have it and do order the one with the hole will it make a difference as far as fitting correctly?

what's the purpose of these? Just to give a color change? Why not paint the original cover in the first place?

For those of you that are about to say "protection for the paint"... consider the fact that the underlying cover is going to have dirt and sand trapped between its painted surface and these additional covers... You're going to wreck the paint through vibration and dirt in that surface if you put these on.

It'll fit the same but you'll have a chrome "hole" so better to get the right one.

DM @eCOOL1 here or email them from their website for an ETA on the solid one.

Many owners don't like the chrome look and want to color match or have another texture.

I painted my caps prior and it's time consuming as well as some feel uncomfortable to paint.

This is a literally an install that takes only a few minutes.

    This is just an alternative.

This is definitely not for protection of the original cover.

Thanks @Rob Daman ! Great review, and I appreciate your videos. You’ve done a hell of a job on your truck! I was happy to see that your discount code still works, as I just ordered a set of these in textured black to cover my chrome bumper caps.

Some of the comments made in thread have real merit, especially since I live in an area that has 4 seasons, lots of mud and grime, etc. I plan on putting a thin bead of silicone around the inner periphery of the caps when I install them, just to keep the trash out.
