Privacy Curtain for urban beaches

One use for my Tacoma is surfing and diving near overcrowded NorCal beaches. It'd be great to have a place to shower and change that is smaller and faster to set up than a CVT awning room, but larger than the standard shower.

The closest solution I found is this one, made in South Africa: http://www.quickpitchsa.co.za/quick-en-suite/

But I'm thinking for a tacoma, something the full width of the tailgate that extends 24-36 inches behind the truck would fit the bill.

Anyone done anything like this?
