Where to buy dimple died sheet aluminum

wanting to make a headache rack out of dimple died aluminum sheet. Anybody know if this is available? Or would I have to buy the sheet and make the holes myself?

Preferably 5052 aluminum...

 

You want to use dimpled alu sheet as filler between your main tubes, I'm guessing?

I'm unaware of any commercially-sold dimple-die sheet - too many practical problems with the idea (since it always has to be custom-formed for the application) and it would be uneconomical for a stockhouse when the dimpling tools are so cheap.

 

Makes sense. Guess I’ll prob just have to make it. That’s a lot of punching!
